Icojoy icons are available under permissive licenses that allow both personal and commercial use. This page explains what you can and cannot do with our icons.

Standard License (Free Icons)

The majority of icons on Icojoy are released under our Standard License, which grants you the following rights:

What You Can Do

• Use icons in personal projects
• Use icons in commercial projects
• Use icons in client work
• Use icons in web applications and mobile apps
• Use icons in printed materials
• Use icons in templates and themes you sell (with limitations)
• Modify icons to fit your design needs
• Combine icons with other graphics

What You Cannot Do

• Redistribute icons as a standalone icon pack or library
• Sell icons individually or as part of an icon collection
• Claim ownership or authorship of the original icons
• Use icons in a logo or trademark without modification
• Sub-license icons to third parties

Attribution

Attribution is appreciated but not required for most icons. If you'd like to credit Icojoy, you can include a link to our website:

Templates and Themes

If you're creating templates, themes, or UI kits for sale, you may include Icojoy icons with these conditions:

• Icons must be integrated into your design, not provided as separate files
• Your product must add significant value beyond the icons themselves
• End users of your product receive the same license terms
• You cannot claim the icons are exclusively yours

Open Source Projects

Icons can be used in open source projects. If your project is distributed as source code, you should include a note about the icon license in your documentation or license file.

Logo Usage

While you can use icons as part of a larger logo design, we recommend modifying icons significantly if they'll be the primary element of your brand identity. Using an unmodified icon as your logo could lead to confusion with other businesses using the same icon.

Pack-Specific Licenses

Some icon packs may have specific license terms that differ from our standard license. Always check the individual pack page for any special conditions. Pack-specific licenses take precedence over the standard license.
